Baker Design Group did a fantastic job meeting our expectations in designing our office space. They took our vision of incorporating modern design elements in our 100+ year old historical building to create a stunning location to support our work and meet with clients. The result is just what we wanted!
After moving into a new house late last year, we used Baker Design Group for 5 different projects this year – 3 interior design projects (including helping us select and manage remodeling projects) + fall interior and exterior decor + holiday interior and exterior decor. Each project has exceeded our expectations in terms of the work product/end result, timeliness, and ease of working with Baker. We met with a couple different interior design groups before selecting Baker. One of the things that I immediately appreciated about Baker and that factored into us selecting them, was their willingness to make recommendations and provide guidance about what would loo best in our home (instead of completely relying on me to provide direction/say what I want). I could never have dreamed up the ideas, colors, patterns, layouts, etc. they have put together, and I am so thankful for their expertise. At the same time, the team is very focused on making sure the designs fit our personality and taste, and we LOVE the way everything in our home has turned out. We have received compliments from everyone who has visited. Linda, Jessica, and Amanda have all been incredibly easy and enjoyable to work with. They are responsive, realistic and reliable about timelines, and provide wonderful, personable service. We will continue to use them for any future projects, and are so happy we made the investment in these projects. My husband and I have both commented that we would not be enjoying our new home near as much as we are if we hadn’t used Baker for these projects. I enlisted Baker Design Group for some finishing touches to our study, entry, master bedroom, kitchen bar stools and overall accessories. What an amazing job Amanda and her team did for our home. We are so happy with the results! Everything is tied in so perfectly with my existing decor. For budget reasons, I wanted them to work with some of the items I already had. Amanda did an outstanding job of creating the look I was going for. Some of the items I was not sure about initially (out of my comfort zone) but went with it and I am so glad I did. It looks fabulous! She was extremely professional, not pushy at all, and really went beyond our expectations.
After a lot of research and careful consideration we enlisted Baker Design Group to reinvent our Farmers Market Townhome. BEST DECISION EVER!!! From the moment we met Linda and Lisa we knew we knew we were in the hands of miracle workers. Transforming our 3 story cream and brown box was a daunting task however Lisa guided us though the process with ease.. She was extremely patient and welcomed us to collaborate throughout the process. She is design genius who never ceased to amaze us with her ideas and commitment to go above and beyond. When remodeling is involved there is inevitably going to be surprises and Lisa was masterful as smoothing out the surprises and ensuring that everything was addressed quickly. The final reveal exceeded all of our expectations and we could not be happier with the end result. Linda and Lisa will forever be forever on our speed dial and we can not recommend them enough to anyone looking to redesign or remodel their home. Baker Design team is an incredibly talented group who professionally handled our entire project. They were so patient with our four year building project. Jessica our main designer put together the plan for every room of our condo. She pulled together all of the furniture, rugs, paint, art work, draperies and accessories. It all came together so beautifully! It exceeded my expectations! Jessica really took the time to understand my style and when the project was revealed it was like she read my mind. I absolutely loved everything! The whole team is extremely professional but equally personable. Linda Baker the owner also oversaw the whole project and was there throughout to give helpful advice. The manager of our condo building said that he has never seen such an organized and well orchestrated group moving in. Everything went seamlessly. I couldn’t be happier with the way things turned out. They turned my blank condo into a warm and inviting home. No detail was overlooked. Lisa Floyd and the team at Baker Design helped to remodel all of my downstairs living spaces and my kitchen. They were so easy to work with and incredibly responsive to all requests. They listened to my wants and needs and worked diligently to meet those needs and create a beautiful and inviting home for me and my family. I was especially pleased that I was able to keep some beloved antique pieces, yet each of the rooms still feels “new” and updated. One of the exceptional advantages to working with Baker Design is the follow-through. The team worked tirelessly until each space was complete and beautiful. Lisa and her team brought in beautiful accents and accessories so that every space is stunning. We had our formal dining room turned into a lounge, living room, and kitchen remodeled. Lisa Floyd was easy to work with. She was able to take our lifestyle, budget, and some existing pieces into consideration. She is truly talented! She was able to give us even more than we could imagine! We are looking forward to renovating a couple more spaces in the future using Baker Design Group.
