Nestled on over 3 acres of tree-filled land, this exquisite mid-century modern mountain home was intentionally designed as a vacation retreat. It offers stunning features throughout, with floor-to-ceiling all-clad windows that flood the home with natural light. Accent areas and dark charcoal feature walls, including a pine slatted feature wall in one of the master suites, create a sophisticated and moody atmosphere. Luxurious brushed brass gold accents and warm tones grace the bathrooms and kitchen, showcasing custom floating vanities for an elegant touch.
Celebrating being nestled in a scape of towering trees and babbling brooks, this mid-mod kitchen marries the outdoors with stunning function and aesthetic within. Doubling up on sinks, dishwashers, and ovens, this space is set to serve large families and friend groups. A marble-inspired quartz-topped island provides ample durable space for meal-prep and entertaining, while contrasting black quartz runs the perimeter, meeting un-rectified cotton white tile and clean dusty green cabinetry with storage galore.
Perched over 20 feet high amidst the Kiamichi Mountains lush foliage, a Tree House game room beckons all ages to indulge in endless entertainment. Once ushered up the rope ramp to the treetop attraction, you’ll find yourself surrounded by deep green-black shiplap walls, a natural pine tongue-and-groove ceiling above, and cozy wood flooring. A harmonious blend of mustard yellows, greens, and cognac leather play together with the organic woods, caning and iron textures.
The modern beauty of Christmas was brought into this impeccable home with a design inspired by our client, who spends the season in Vail, CO. We took inspiration from their love for the wintry-outdoors and incorporated it into the design, centered around a palette of powder blue, flocking, magnolias, eucalyptus, and marigold velvet ribbon. The entire home was transformed into a winter wonderland, each room incorporating elements of the snowy outdoors. Our client was thrilled with the results, perfectly capturing their love for Vail and the winter season.
