Right before this last holiday season, I contacted Baker Design Group to design my holiday decorations for the entertaining areas of my home. The initial design meeting with Claire was efficient, professional, friendly, and very helpful. She had so many great ideas and really listened to what I was looking for in my seasonal décor. In less than two weeks, I received the design ideas for each room and went over them in detail with Claire. The design quote and details were well-organized, presented very professionally, and easily understood so I knew what happening from start to finish with this project. Claire was extremely receptive to my feedback and questions and provided quick turnaround for the tweaks we made. Next, installation was scheduled right before Thanksgiving so we would be all set for the holiday season. When the design team arrived at my home, they were friendly, professional, and got right to business installing and decorating the 12-foot tree, stairway and sideboard garlands, and centerpieces for the tables. Next, they added accessories in all the right places throughout our selected rooms. The two life-sized Nutcrackers they installed near the front door and piano are spectacular and were loved by all throughout the holidays. Finally, they installed and programmed all light timers, taped, and tucked away cords, cleaned up all the trash and packaging and even left us a gorgeous gift before leaving for the day. The results were just stunning! So many people came to the house to see their work and were blown away. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and have recommended their services to many of our guests this past holiday.
