However, coastal doesn’t necessarily mean that your room needs to be filled obvious nautical decor. Here are a few key design elements to bring a little coastal style into your space (no matter how far you are from the beach)!
Beach Inspired Color Palette – A color palette of blues and “sandy” neutrals are essential to any coastal design.
Warm Natural Woods – Natural wood finishes reminiscent of driftwood offer a subtle hint of textures found at the beach.
Clean Lines & Molding – Clean molding, often in a crisp white or off-white, provides a classic look while perfectly highlighting your coastal accents.
