Favorite Pastime
Creativity fuels everything I do — whether I’m painting wearable art, crafting banners, or designing wildly extra themed celebrations. I’m known to go all in on birthday parties and showers. Give me a theme, and I will run with it (joyfully… sometimes too far).
Drink of Choice
Cold brew or iced coffee — black, always.
Also partial to bubbles (prosecco or champagne), ranch water, and I’m officially in my martini era (lightly dirty, plain olives!).
Sweet Tooth Confession
I have an obsession with old-fashioned hard candies — peppermints, Werther’s, all of it.
Also helpless against peanut or peanut butter M&Ms… and anything Reese’s.
Guilty Pleasure
Audiobooks — every single time I’m in the car.
And yes — I will break into song at any moment. There’s a soundtrack for everything.

Favorite Escape
We’re a Disney family. My husband proposed there, and now we’ve taken our 4-year-old to both World and Land. (Not restful — but magical.)
For true inspiration? New York. Broadway. Food. Energy. All of it.
Before Design, There Was…
I once thought I’d be a kindergarten teacher — until I realized there were other ways to channel creativity and precision.
I started in murals, set backdrops, and even created twenty 1,500-sq-ft theatrical scenery panels before God redirected me into interior design — my true calling.
Meet the Family
I’ve been married to my best friend, James, for seven years — a gifted licensed counselor and Bible scholar. Our son, Byron James (4½ and VERY proud of it), keeps our days joyful.
Our family is all about Home Depot kids’ workshops, family costumes, group hangs, and very extra birthday party themes.

Biggest Joy & Inspiration
I’m a grateful daughter of the King — called to lead with joy, love, and purpose. God has given me a career I adore, teammates who feel like family, and the privilege of designing spaces that change lives.
Love Story
James and I met on Match.com in 2017 — instantly connected over shared faith and church community.
Our first date was a Good Friday picnic in San Antonio — and we still celebrate our dating anniversary the same way every year.
Artist at Heart
Artist and people-person at heart. I see opportunity for creativity everywhere — design, gifting, gatherings.
I’m an Enneagram 2 wing 3: the includer, the connector, the one who makes sure people feel seen and celebrated.
