A hardworking laundry room turned vibrant family hub. Blue cabinetry, playful wallpaper, and patterned tile brought joy to the space—while smart cabinetry updates added docking drawers, trash storage, and a larger sink.

- Center a larger sink beneath the window
- Add functional cabinetry without replacing everything
- Bring in color and pattern inspired by floor tile
- Create space for hampers and a high-capacity washer/dryer

Holiday Design | First Place Winner
Cost: $40,000
This newly renovated home became a holiday masterpiece, styled to enhance every key area indoors and out. Each room featured a custom color palette and tailored holiday décor that highlighted the home’s architecture and furnishings. A dramatic 12-foot tree in the Family Room anchored the design, its green tones echoing fabrics and artwork for a multidimensional effect. A striking arrangement of custom lanterns on three mirrored tables provided a focal point that captivated tour guests. The residence went on to be overwhelmingly voted the favorite home of the event.
