Set along the riverbanks of the Ozarks, this 1920s home arrived to Baker Design Group with its architecture already resolved: gracious bones, updated finishes, and a foundation ready for its final chapter. BDG was entrusted with completing the vision, dressing every room in full and layering in a few finishing touches to lighting and backsplash along the way.
The result is a home that commands attention. Spirited color collides with girlish exuberance. Whimsy meets a polished, discerning hand. It’s the kind of house that draws a grin before a guest has even crossed the threshold, and the delight only deepens from there.
For more than 20 years, Baker Design Group has designed interiors that feel collected, intentional, and deeply personal. Founded by Linda Baker and shaped over two decades alongside Heather, the firm has been built on the belief that luxury should feel lived in — not staged.
From the beginning, the vision has remained clear: luxury should feel collected, not staged — personal, not predictable.
What began as a singular vision has evolved into a collaborative studio known for balancing architectural refinement with warmth. Every project is approached with the same guiding philosophy: design should reflect the people who live within it.
From Fort Worth to Dallas and beyond, BDG continues to create homes layered with texture, depth, and quiet distinction — spaces that evolve with the families they hold.
